Folio Society Books
We're always on the lookout for Folio Society books to buy, whether single volumes, multi-volume sets or entire collections. We're ideally after books published after 1980 and multi-volume editions, such as those from Graham Greene and Anthony Trollope. We will pickup from Leeds, York, Wakefield or indeed anywhere for the right collection. Books must be in very good condition and in their slipcases. We'll also pay a premium for limited editions and numbered editions.
For a rough estimate, you're going to be looking at £2 for pre-1980's volumes (except limited editions and very early editions), and £2-£5 for books published between 1980 and 2000. And for newer books we'll pay £2-£10 depending on the volume. Multi-volume editions are usually around £2-£3 per volume. Limited editions are POA.
We will give you a good quote, but of course we want to make a profit, so it has to be fair to us too. Let us give you a free quote before you try eBay or auction houses. You might be surprised.
