Shipping, Returns and Payment
Shipping
UK Shipping is always free, if the item is over £100 we will generally send it via special delivery or recorded. We usually send second class, but can arrange expedited delivery where required - just contact us. International Shipping is £10 per item for regular, single volumes and pro-rata for heavy/multiple volumes. Expensive items shipped abroad can be shipped using Airsure at your request. We don't make a profit from shipping so any overcharges will be refunded.
Books are wrapped in bubblewrap and shipped in a wrapper box where appropriate. If you have any particular requests for packaging materials just let us know.
We ship twice a week, so expect a dispatch no later than three days from payment - we try and get to the Post Office every day.
For large consignments and some international consignments we may choose to ship by courier, generally FedEx, TNT or ParcelForce. Pickup by Courier can be arranged by the buyer if desired.
Returns Policy
We offer a no-quibble returns policy. If you're not happy just return it at your cost for a full refund postmarked within seven days.
Payment Methods
We currently accept PayPal, Credit/Debit Card and Cheque payments.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties. HyraxiaBooks may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 1/1/2011.
Simply put, we won't sell or disclose your details outside of our own business. We're not interested in that, we just buy and sell books!
