London, No Publisher, 1902. Manuscript. Hardback. Very good. Likely the sole copy. The manuscript appears to be a compilation of articles on water finding and dowsing. Of primary interest are articles by Andrew Lang and Sabine Baring Gould. To be clear, these items are not presented here for the first time, nor do I suspect did they attract an input from the authors (both pieces were previously published in book form). Rather, I suspect this was an interested party putting together a compendium on the pseudoscience. Binding a little worn. 417 typed pages with manuscript corrections. The book never made it to publication. There are a good number of articles retyped in the manuscript, these haven't been checked against publication beyond the Lang and SBG. Bjorling was from Yorkshire and was an expert, in the Victorian era, on pumps. I guess the divination stuff was more of a hobby? [10069, Hyraxia Books].
