It seems that the London edition was published in two volumes, with the second published in 1726. So perhaps the Dublin issue had a second volume too. Contemporary binding. The binding is worn with some loss to the lower spine tip, and heavy rubbing to the leather. Internally pretty neat, margins perhaps trimmed. Owner's note on the title page. Uncommon.
