Armageddon 2419 introduced the character of Anthony Rogers, who is exposed to a strange gas and placed in suspended animation for almost 500 years. When he wakes up, he finds himself in the 25th century and becomes involved in a war between the Earth and the Han, an invading race from another planet. The success of the story led to a series of sequels, and the character was eventually renamed Buck Rogers. A little rubbing to the jacket, and some bumping to the tips.
