A historical fantasy involving the Vikings (obviously) discovering a land in the north sea inhabited by an advanced civilisation. An excellent Nisbet novel, which I guess fits into the Lost Race genre by feel if not by definition. 6pp ads, dated October 1893. Spine tips and corners rubbed and bumped, TEG, pull to hinge after p16 with a little looseness. Gift inscription to the front pastedown. A nice copy overall. Darker green cloth, there is a light blue variant. [10773, Hyraxia Books].
