London, Robert Hale, 1945. First edition, first impression. Hardback. A very good copy. The first edition is fairly rare in the jacket. The present copy has a stamp denoting this copy as part of the 'colonial issue'. This is the only distinguishing mark however for the colonial issue. Not price clipped, showing 10s 6d. A number of short tears and few chips to the spine tips, a few markings to the jacket and boards. Overall a nice enough copy. [10825, Hyraxia Books].
