A broadside entitled 'This Evening, (Regardless of Expense,) Mr. Julian Guggsworth, Advantageously known on the Continent as the Phoenix of Finsbury, will Delivery an Illustrated Lecture upon the Flimsiness of Face and the Positive Nature of Fiction. I can find little about Guggsworth nor Phoenix of Finsbury, and given the poster is privately printed, there's a solid chance that this is just a piece of whimsy. There are records of a physicist by the same name in the 1830s, but nothing much beyond that. The flyer has been mounted on paper, and has a little surface soiling and a few creases.
