No Place, Kay and Henry Burwell, 1951. Limited Edition. A good copy. Harlan Ellison's copy, with his plate to the verso of the wrapper. A fantastic book, taking an early deep dive into the genre's fan base. One of 150 unnumbered copies. Printed previously in the Fantasy Commentator, this is the first in book form (as far as this constitutes a book), with the sheets mimeographed from the magazine pages. Signature of Will Sykora (an early fan and associate of Moskowitz) to first page and later. Condition: Harlan evidently had a good look through this. The book was published brad bound, but the brads on this copy have failed, and a previous owner (possibly Ellison) has placed the sheets into a clamp folder. Some wear to the wrappers, with a few tears and some old tape around the brad holes. A fair bit of loss to the first few leaves at the lower corner (printed on very cheap pulpy paper). A few tears to the leaves, but complete and intact. [11127, Hyraxia Books].
