Concerning the freedom of speech, published a couple of years after the Swedish Freedom of the Press Act, which was one of the first such laws. Wilkes, the editor, had been imprisoned (for libel against the king) in May of the same year, which led to the Massacre of st George's Field. Wilkes was not released until 1770, with the present being published there. 6pp. Pages 467-472. Some light wear, mostly from pulling it from the binding. Horizontal crease and light edge wear.
