London, John Murray, 1893. First edition, first impression. Hardback. A very good copy. Inscribed by the author to the endpaper. A historical novel set in the 4th century AD. Tanning to the spine, bumping and chipping to the tips, some pulling to the front hinge with the webbing showing, and the endpaper mostly loose. Lower hinge similar but to a lesser extent. Author's obit pasted to the front pastedown. [11346, Hyraxia Books].
