This is one of 1000 copies issued with a slipcase and a Dameron print, numbered and signed (this is #611). This was never signed by King, but by a third party. Title page states a publication date of 1942 with this being the fourth edition, but that's just part of the game. The book was published in 2016 and this is the first impression.
