Some expected edge wear to the wrappers, with an inch-long tear to the lower spine and creasing / pushing to the edges. Paper transfer to the endpaper probably from some glue having been used at some point (the hinge may have been reglued). A few spots of foxing, but generally bright and clean. E.H. Visiak (1878-1972) was a leading expert on Milton, but is best remembered for his horror tale Medusa. [11680, Hyraxia Books].
