London, Edward Arnold, 1897. First edition, first impression. Hardback. A Good copy. Edward McNulty (1856-1943) was an Irish playwright, best known for his biographical work of his friend George Bernard Shaw. His own fictional works usually involve the Irish peasantry. The present title apparently involves shapeshifting and superstitions; I haven't read it though, so can't confirm. Publisher's file copy with their sticker to the upper board and stamp to the title page. A very nice, copy marked as good only given the file copy status. A little bumping to the tips. 32pp ads, October 1897. [12024, Hyraxia Books].
