One of the most unique and influential works of speculative fiction. In Cawthorn and Moorcock's 100 Greatest Fantasy books [p137]. Volume one has some foxing to the edges, and a little toning to the lower jacket, short closed tear to the upper spine tip. Volume two has a little wear to the edges, and some creasing to the spine, large ink stains to the boards. Some offsetting to the endpapers, seller's price sticker to the front flap. Volume three has a gift inscription to the front endpaper. A little chipping to the spine tips, some red staining to the jacket reverse. Spine tips a little bumped. A nice set overall.
