An unusual issue, the book is usually found in black plain boards with a slipcase. This is in blue without a slipcase. There's a Maltby's stamp to the front pastedown, suggesting this was rebound after publication. A lovely copy though. Arthur C. Clarke (1917-2008) was a leading author in the realm of science fiction. Along with Asimov and Heinlein he was one of the 'Big Three' of science fiction. [12299, Hyraxia Books].
