London, Michael Joseph, 1951. First Edition. First Impression. A very good copy of one the highlights of British Science Fiction. Read by a generation in GCSE English, the book has maintained its place in the British populace, but it's merit alone has seen it celebrated across the world. A wonderful novel, and amongst the best by the author. The book itself is in decent shape. Some wear to the corners and spine tips, slight lean and a short tear to the rear panel, small blue ink mark to rear too. Slight lean, owner's signature to title page. A decent copy.
