The first volume is one of 500 copies, and published by River City. The remaining five volumes were all published by the Subterranean Press. The present copies are all numbered copies. Volume two in the series was published in 2014 and is one of 400 copies of which 26 were lettered and 374 numbered. Volume three in the series, Mister Slaughter, was published in 2010 with a run of 300 copies of which 274 were numbered. Volume four was published in 2012 with a run of 500 copies, of which 474 were numbered. Volume five was published in 2014 with a run of 500 copies, 474 were numbered. Similarly, volume six was published in 2016 with a run of 500 copies. Volumes three to six were first published by Subterranean. Subterranean never published an edition of volume one. Volume two was first published by Pocket books in 2007 but there was no limited edition. The current set represents the only limited editions of the respective titles.
