London, Herbert Jenkins, 1936. First Edition. First Impression. Hardback. A near fine book in a very good jacket. Presumably one of Jepson's mystery / detective titles given that it's not in Bleiler, nor Spectrum. COPAC locates three copies. No copies located at auction. No copies in jacket located in commerce. The book is very neat indeed, slight offsetting to endpapers. The jacket is chipped to the corners, at both the spine and the folds. Reinforced some time ago by tape to the interior. White is soiled, 7/6 price to spine. Slight loss to upper spine tip. [7764, Hyraxia Books].
