New York, Bantam Press, 1985. First Edition. First Impression. Hardback. A very good copy. Kingsley Amis' copy, with his signature to the front endpaper. Winner of the 1986 Locus award and adapted in 1997 for the big screen, starring Kevin Costner. The book is very good. Some foxing to the top edge, a little bumping to the spine tips. The jacket has limited wear, just a little creasing and rolling and a couple of short (2mm-3mm) tears to the upper spine tip. One similar tear to rear. A little grubbiness. Pencil impression from previous seller's price. Cover art by Tom Hallman [7819, Hyraxia Books].
