The chapbook was produced for the 2013 World Fantasy Convention, where Mieville was due to attend but had to cancel. A bunch of postcards reproducing illustrations from Railsea were given out at the same time (we believe there to have been nine different ones - this set contains one of each). A fine copy. The book is a nice thing, collecting together the short story 'The 9th Technique' and seven 'microstories', plus an introduction/apology from the author. [7842, Hyraxia Books].
