Also included is an envelope with a newspaper clipping included, this having been cut out by Hilton and is signed "Adele & I both think this is very good of you." Condition: Spine tips a little bumped, some offsetting to endpapers from envelope having been laid in. The front flap is detached. There's a long tear to the top edge and a few chips to the lower edge, and chipping to the spine tips and corners. A couple of shorter tears to the rear of the jacket and some creasing / edge wear. Some offsetting to pastedowns. The inscription reads: "For Irene and Lou Harrison \ with best wishes \ and many, many \ thanks \ James Hilton \ Feb 1941." Cover art by George F.
