The UK and US editions were due to be published simultaneously, but the UK edition was delayed due to issues with the blurb on the front flap (hence the overlay on the UK edition). That said, this edition was published with a run of 4000 copies as opposed to 506 for the UK. Some scuffing to the spine tips and corners, a scuff below the publisher's imprint on the jacket spine, price-clipped, tips bumped, shop sticker to rear pastedown, otherwise a respectable copy.
