A truly imaginative piece of work, and a superlative example of the genre. An inscribed association copy, presented to Oscar Mellor by the author. Mellor was the cover artist for the book. The inscription reads 'For Oscar - Cover artist, undercover artist, from Brian Doghouse Aldiss, 28.iv.62'. A very good book in a fine jacket. The book has a little foxing to the top edge, a little less to the foreedge. Light offsetting to endpapers.
