One of the most important works of literature. This translation by Constance Garnett was preceded in 1885 by the Whishaw translation. Spine faded and a little worn to the lower edge, where the spine tips are bumped. Some bumping to the forecorners also, and a couple of paint spots. Internally pretty neat. [8949, Hyraxia Books].
