Wells' first collection, gathering 15 short pieces of fantasy and sf, mostly published earlier in the Pall Mall magazines. Some rubbing to the edges and a slight lean. Tips bumped. Owner's plate and seller's mark to front pastedown (with opposing offsetting). Gilt a little rubbed but laregly bright. Overall a very smart copy. [9292, Hyraxia Books].
