London, Nova Publications, 1961-1964. First edition, first impression. Paperback. A near fine set. Comprising nine of the many Elric stories. The publishing history of the Elric books is somewhat chaotic, with dozens of omnibuses and prequels, sequels and interquels (yep, I didn't know that was a word either). Elric first appeared in print in 1961 in Science Fantasy in a novellette The Dreaming City. Science Fantasy then published eight further stories over the next three years. It is these nine that are available in this lot. There is a tenth from Science Fantasy 'To Rescue Tanelorn' though I don't think this quite fits in with Elric and is part of the Eternal Champion run - happy to be corrected on this. All are in near fine condition, with a little tanning and some light wear here and there. [9312, Hyraxia Books].
