The present copy is also a presentation copy and stamped as such (this is not signed by Wells). The first work of fiction to postulate an atomic weapon. The jacket is heavily toned to the spine and almost entirely split at the hinges and flaps. A few chips here and there. Various tears, a slight lean and some bumping to the spine tips.
