London, Methuen, 1960. Proof. Paperback. A very good copy. Uncommon. No other copies or references located (even searching in case the name and titles are misspelled), so presumably the book was never published. It appears to be set in the near future; though the year '09' is frequently referenced, it doesn't specifically say 2009. My guess would be that the book's a sort of espionage/paranoia/cold-war/Orwellian/dystopian/totalitarian piece. It deserves a read. Wraps a little toned and rubbed. [9637, Hyraxia Books].
