London, John Long, 1906. First edition, first impression. Hardback. Noted as good only as it's lacking the half-title. A Utopian novel with a touch of feminism / equality, wherein the utopia is attainable via dreaming about it. Dixie was a Scottish feminist writer. Not quite as well remembered or important as Gloriana but under-remembered. The spine is a little faded and there's some bumping to the spine tips. With the half-title absent it's not possible to determine the impression though I think it unlikely this was reprinted. Nothing to suggest it's a library copy either. [9682, Hyraxia Books].
