London, Deans and Dunne, 1807. First edition, first impression. Paperback. A good copy. Uncommon. Only one copy located (at the V&A). Translated from the German, from Folktales of the Germans published first in the 1780s. 24pp rebound in a simple paper wrapper. Presumably the chapbook was originally offered without a cover of sorts (the price is on the title page), so therefore I assume the booklet's complete. Qutie a bit of wear to the leaves, some tanning and short tears. An interesting book. [9931, Hyraxia Books].
