Morris's Wolfings was an big influence on Tolkien's Lord of the Rings [Carpenter, Letter of JRRT, p303]. Boards rubbed and non-uniformly faded. Spine tips bumped, label chipped and toned. Offsetting to endpapers and a little toning. Text very nice. A lovely production. [8580, Hyraxia Books].
